The Montreal Hat is a merino wool knitted hat inspired by my time spent in Montreal, Canada. The hat is worked in several colours, using intarsia knitting to create a winter retro look.

The hat is designed to be reasonably snug.

Size: Adult - One size

Measurements: Fits head circumference of 52-60cm

Gauge: Approx. 22 sts and 26 rows to 10cm square over main body of hat on 4mm needles.

Suggested needles: 4 mm (US size 6, UK size 8) singled pointed needles, 3.75 mm (US size 9, UK size 5) single pointed needles

Materials: 5 balls of Sublime 100% Extra Fine Merino 50g Yarn, 1 ball in each + 1 ball of Aran weight wool, 100% merino
