FAULTY PRODUCTS

If an item is faulty, please get in touch with us via our contact page and we will offer an exchange or refund for the purchased item. Once you have been in touch, we will send you a confirmation for you to return the item to us. Please don't send the item without this confirmation. 

Faults do not include those made by the user, after the product has been unwrapped, or wear-and-tear.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered for change of mind purchases. The cost of returning your item are covered at your own expense. 

If you would like to apply for an exchange, please get in touch with us via our contact page and we will offer directions for returning the purchased item. Once you have been in touch, we will send you a confirmation for you to return the item to us. Please don't send the item without this confirmation. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, without signs of use. This policy is valid for 21 days. Once this point has past, we cannot offer  any exchanges.

All exchanges require a proof of purchase.
